This is a Rockwell 20R repackaged for the Chicago based chain store Sears & Roebuck. Its case is the same basic shape as the House of Fraser 18F, but is black instead of navy blue, and has different styled raised labelling for the keys. Internally it is exactly equivalent to a Rockwell 20R, and was made in Mexico, rather than in the U.K. like the House of Fraser models.
