This 8F is a Rockwell 8R repackaged for the British department store chain 'House of Fraser'. It is a much more classic design than the Rockwell packaging, with the moulded key labels and the House of Fraser stag logo. The styling is very much evocative of the 'classy' image of that store (as it still maintains today). I don't know who did the design of the calculator, or how much was specified by the customer.
